The Shelbi Wellman Story. An Incredibly Evil Family.
Recent information has concluded that Randell Wellman was not only fired from the Picken-Como ISD but was released from the Rains County ISD. While claiming retirement, obviously, no one retires from a school system mid-year. Randell Wellman is one of the most two-faced evil men walking in Rains County. Goes to church and sits on the front rows just to make sure everyone sees him. When Shelbi told her mother that her brother Heath had raped her, Paula, her mother told her to leave it alone that the family didn't want the embarrassment of a public scandal that portrayed the family as anything other than "picture perfect". Now Randell tows RV's behind a pickup truck just to make a living. Most likely will lose that job too. The corruption is catching up faster and faster. Just have a look at how many teachers and administrators have been removed from the Rains County ISD in the wake of Randell's evil doings. The sooner every resident knows just how rotten he is the better.
Shelbi Wellman's tragic death at the age of 22 was a senseless adult life filled with bad choices and a very questionable upbringing through parents with beliefs of physical corporal punishment.

The Wellman’s knew that Shelbi's brother Heath was physically violent toward her. The State of Texas proves her brother Heath Wellman had likely attacked and raped her within weeks of her cycle of deep depression just 24 months previous to her death. (Verified by independent investigator with Affidavits) What most people don't understand is that Shelbi went to the hospital and had a full blown rape test kit done. Those records have now become public information and the DNA evidence is locked away with the city of Dallas so that can't be tampered with by the Wellman's. As of January 2017, Collin County had investigated Heath Wellman and interviewing the owners of the location where the assault and rape took place. The City of Plano and the Collin County Sherriff's Department concluded they couldn't prosecute without Shelbi's testimony. Once Shelbi died that family secret became sealed information.
